Joyce came to a new country and took on experiences not afforded in India or Iraq. She started ice-skating and even skiing. She used to take a bus to Catamount to ski.
Living at home, with our Mom being a wonderful cook, she did not need to cook. After marrying Arnold, she went to a French cooking school and became a wonderful cook herself. In Florida, she took up sailing . Nice to see someone take on new challenges.
