Judith "Judy" Carillo-Fernandez's Obituary
On November 10, 2021, Judith (“Judy”) Carillo-Fernandez returned home to Heaven. Born in Mexico City, Mexico, she emigrated to New York and settled in South Florida. She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Cecilia and Carlos (Almazan), her children and their spouses, Gina and Felipe (Toledo), Ivonne and Pascal (Moran), and her only son Rene Fernandez, and her grandchildren, Luis Felipe Toledo, Jasmine Toledo, Iliana Toledo, Nikolas Moran and Van Moran. Judy is predeceased by her parents, Justo and Margarita Cordero-Espinoza and her brothers, Gabriel and Arturo.
She had great love and affection for her cousins, nieces and nephews, as well as her dear friends, Marlen Abele, Olga Vargas, Fabiola Vallderuten and her many furry companions.
Judy loved spending time with family, friends and attending church. A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date. In lieu of flowers kindly make a donation to The Broward Humane Society. Arrangements by Levitt Weinstein Blasberg Rubin Zilbert (305) 932-2700.
