She was predeceased by her husband, Eugene Carter, Jr. and sister, Faith Price Kash, of Chicago, Illinois, and survived by her loving mother, Elaine Sampliner and loving sister, Sharon Price Blumin. Services will be held on Friday, November 8, 2013 at 2:00 p.m., Beth David Memorial Gardens, 3201 N.W. 72nd Ave., Hollywood.
