Memorial service 12 noon Sunday, January 17, 2016 at Levitt Weinstein Eternal Light Funeral Service Center, 18840 West Dixie Highway, North Miami Beach, Florida 33180 (305) 932-2700. In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Vitas Hospice, Regents Park, or to the Parkinson's disease research.
