Lawrence T. Grand, DDS's Obituary
GRAND, Lawrence T. D.D.S., 74, passed away peacefully at his home on June 27, 2010 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Monticello, NY on July 24, 1935 & moved to Miami at the age of 4. He was a graduate of MB High, U of M & the Medical College of VA. He loved practicing dentistry & belonged to the ADA, FLDA, Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity, & was a past President of S. Dade Dental Society. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Eleanor, daughters Laurie & Julie, son David (Hayley) & grandchildren Jonah & Jolie. Larry possessed a keen sense of humor & a warm personality. He will be missed by all who knew him. Donations can be made to the Sunshine Cancer Unit, c/o Florence Wechsberg, 7150 S.W. 55th Terrace, Miami, FL 33155.
