Lee A. Myers' Obituary
MYERSLee A. of Miami, formerly of New York. Born in LaMesa, Texas on September 7, 1926. Passed away November 4, 2011 in Miami. Loving mother of Karl Myers. A former member of Actors Equity Association and the National Forensic League. She appeared in many stage roles in New York, Philadelphia and Chicago as well as overseas in the 1940's and 1950's. She served as a speech and debate coach at Christopher Columbus High School and Our Lady of Lourdes Academy in Miami in the 1980's and 1990's where she won many honors. Lee was an avid reader of literature and had a lifelong passion for opera. She loved Shakespeare and Enlightenment philosophy equally. Her charm and humor were apparent to all who knew her. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday November 10th at BLASBERG-RUBIN-ZILBERT720-71st Street, Miami Beach(305) 865-2353
