Dr. Lee B. Pravder's Obituary
Lee B. Pravder, M.D. of Miami, FL, passed away unexpectedly on September 4th, 2021 at 57 years old. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from University of Miami School of Medicine and went on to do his general psychiatry residency and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he served as Chief Fellow and was Board Certified by both the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in the fields of General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Lee has been in private psychiatry practice since 1995, caring for so many patients and their families. He was also extremely devoted to his beloved family he has left behind: his loving wife, Jodi, and cherished daughters, Sarah and Amanda. Lee is also survived by his parents Adrienne and Alden Pravder, as well as his sister, Fern Resnick (Lionel), his brother, Frank Pravder (Linda), and his loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. Words cannot express how deeply he will be missed by his family, friends, colleagues, and patients. Graveside Service will be held on Friday, September 10, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. at Beth David Memorial Gardens, 3201 N. 72nd Avenue, Hollywood, Florida.
