Colonel Lee Edward Rogers, 79, US Army Ret. for 37 years, of Delray Beach passed away June 25, 2017. Survived by his devoted loving wife, Barbara. Children Joe, Scott (Nancy), Heidi (Rob), Ira (Angela), and Jay (Missie). Brother Avram (Karen) White-Rogers, sister Roberta (Charles) Goodall. Loving Grandchildren, Joshua (Jeshren), Nicholas, Una, Gavin, Justin, Lisette, Jeffrey, Tyler (Andrea), Taylor (Dana). 2 Great grandchildren Austin and Jaden. Mr. Rogers was a 50 year member of the Masons (Life) and graduate of Northeastern University-Mechanical Engineer. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trustbridge Hospice 5300 East Ave. West Palm Beach, FL. 33407 or American Cancer Society P.O. Box 22478 Oklahoma City OK 73123. Funeral services will be held on Thursday June 29, 2017, 11:30am at Levitt-Weinstein Memorial Chapel 7500 N. State Road 7, Coconut Creek, FL 33073. Interment to follow with Military Honors at South Florida National Cemetery Lake Worth, FL.. Shiva will be observed at the Rogers residence Thursday 3-8 and Friday 12-4.
