Leonard tried to buy a house I was selling near Las Olas. He was so kind and generous in spirit. He actually said - Mike as far as the price, whatever you think it should be. I decided I couldn't possibly sell the house to him because I didn't think he was up to the maintenance that it required and I could not take advantage of such a sweet man.
