Leonard Udell Stolar, October 9, 1929-June 10, 2024
Bereft after the recent loss of his wife Amy of 59 years, Leonard Stolar left this life comfortably at home. Leonard was born and raised in Washington, D.C., youngest of four children; educated at The University of Alabama and its Law School; served and was stationed with the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict; and, later, practiced law with his late brother Allen in Miami Beach. Amy and Leonard raised their children Geri Alpher, Michael and Richard (Aimee) in Bay Harbor Islands. Additionally, Leonard leaves to mourn his passing grandchildren Daniel Alpher, Sarah Stolar and Andrew Stolar, and many relatives and friends. The family requests donations in memory of Leonard Stolar to the Charity of Your Choice. Services are set for Friday, June 14, 2024 12:00 noon, at Beth David Memorial Park, 3201 N. 72nd Avenue, Hollywood, Florida 33024.
