Lily Finvarb Reiss' Obituary
Reiss, Lily Finvarb, of Aventura, FL, passed away Friday, January 11, 2013, in the comfort of her home and in the loving care of her devoted husband of 31 years, Dr. Morton Reiss. Lily was a glowing light to all that knew her and will be severely missed. She was predeceased by first husband, Pinke Finvarb-z”l, and is survived by adoring children, Richard (Helen) Finvarb, Salomon (Marlene Haime - z”l) Finvarb and Dianne (Johnny - z”l) Finvarb Fishman; and stepchildren, Erica (Gene) Cantor, Michael (Denise) Reiss and Dr. Daniel Reiss. She was blessed with eight grandchildren, Robert (Rochelle) Finvarb, Ronald (Laura) Finvarb, Moris (Nicole) Finvarb, Eric (Dr. Keryn) Fishman, Vanessa (Larry) Abramowitz, Gregory (Cilia) Fishman, Michelle (Isaac) Possin, and Jessica (Kadir) Marrero; and five stepgrandchildren, Emily and Michael Cantor and Lindsey, Brett and Kimberly Levine-Reiss. Lily was replete with joy by her 18 precious great grandchildren.Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 13, 2013, at 12:30 p.m. at Levitt-Weinstein, 18840 West Dixie Highway, North Miami Beach, FL, 33180 (305) 932-2700. Shiva will be held at the home of Dianne Finvarb Fishman beginning Sunday evening at The Kenilworth, 10205 Collins Avenue, Apt. 1605, Bal Harbour, FL 33154.
