Janet Palmer
Dearest Lucy and family,
Please accept our deepest condolences on the passing of "our beloved brother" Lori. At this time of sorrow there is little that one can say. Words fail to describe the essence of a man who's life was defined by compassion, generosity, and unconditional love.
This is a time when the right words just don't exist, a time when feelings are too deep to be expressed. Yet we feel a need here and now to put our feelings into words, to share our love, to share our common experience that the world has lost a warm and loving person who made a special and significant difference in our lives.
Lori's life was defined by hard work and a deep devotion to his loving wife, family and friends. He was a strong, kind man with a sense of fair play, a sense of loyalty, and a great sense of humor.
Lori was an abundantly generous man and has left us with a rich legacy. He has given us all the gift of his unconditional love, the gift of joyful memories to cherish, treasures that we tuck away and can call upon at a moment's notice. The seeds of his love so gently planted have yielded blossoms that will never fade away.
Our lives are changed with his passing, but he has not been taken away from us. His generous gift of love and memories will help to heal the sorrow of our physical separation and to keep the essence of Lori with us always.
May eternal light shine upon him and may he rest in happiness and peace.
With love,
Janet, Scott and Christopher Palmer
