Lori Beth Elkman Collins, 49, of Davie, FL passed away after her valiant 6 year battle with breast cancer.
Lori is survived by her loving husband Scott, three beautiful children, Logan, Jonah & Eden. Lori is also survived by her adoring parents Richard & Faith Elkman; sister Lisa; nephews Chase, Harrison; her brothers Brett, Scott (Aimee); niece Emma; nephews Max, Charlie; father & mother-in-law Bob & Nina Collins, sister-in-law Lauren (Evan); nieces Meredith, Brooke; brother-in-law David (Dara); nieces Ava, Ella and many caring friends. The family requests that any contributions may be made to: MD Anderson or a cancer charity of your choice. Chapel Services Sunday March 22nd 2PM Levitt Weinstein/Beth David 3201 NW 72 Ave Hollywood.
