Louis Alfassa's Obituary
ALFASSALouis, 85, passed away October 12, 2010. Beloved husband of Mary “Beth”, adored father of Joel Alfassa & Rochelle Alfassa (Edward Pahls), loving step-father of Billy & Debbie, cherished brother of Carole (William) Foor & dear brother-in-law of Stella & Ann Alfassa, very special uncle to many nieces & nephews and their families and dear friends. Predeceased by Al & Abe Alfassa & Eleanor Kirshenbaum. Louis served in the Navy during WWII in the Pacific. His tour brought him to Iwo Jima & Okinawa and many other places in the Pacific. Along with his family, they owned & operated Al’s, The Trio Diner & Carole’s Restaurant in Hialeah. He went on to a 20 year career with the Sunshine Kitchen Cabinet Company.
