Mark was a super nice guy with a fantastic sense of humor. He was so great to work with at Aaron's. I remember him teaching me the phrase "I'm busier than a one-armed paper hanger." He made me practice it until I got it right (because I was always so busy of course). We also had a really funny exchange about "fonting" where we kept emailing each other using different fonts. I remember him (like 10 years ago) asking me what this meant ":-)". He was like, 'Everyone keeps typing that and I don't know what it means.' He was such a kind, thoughtful man and I am so very blessed to have gotten to spend time with him at Managers' Meetings and at Aaron's in general. He will be missed. :-(
