Having conducted research for an international conglomerate on expansion into the Caribbean, he claims to have re-read his report on Jamaica and found he had discovered paradise. He married, expanded his family and Jamaica became his beloved home for the next 18 years. The l970’s necessitated a move to Miami where he started all over to rebuild a future and became a record-setting international food service equipment salesperson traveling to the Caribbean, South & Central America.
A most generous of gentle men, Marvin will be remembered by many to whom he extended kindness, time and counsel. In his 60+ years in the food service industry he was loved and respected by employees and clients alike.
A service of Remembrance will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 18 at Temple Beth Emet, 4807 Flamingo Road, Cooper City, Fla. 33330. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Vitas Hospice at vitascommunityconection.org.
