Marvin Stonberg's Obituary
STONBERG, Marvin passed away peacefully in his sleep on December 19, 2018. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Sandra; three grateful and fortunate sons, Brad, Mike and David; and their wives Jackie, Enid and Julie; and grandchildren Izzy, Ezra, Josh, Ari, Danny, Jane and Lily.
Marvin was born in Philadelphia on January 12, 1930, the only son of Russian immigrants. After graduating from Temple University, Marvin moved to Miami Beach in 1955 where he formed a lifelong professional partnership with Allen Wilson. Marvin served two terms as president of the Temple in the 80's. He was beloved and respected by his family, friends and the greater community.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Miami Jewish Health Foundation to support the Memory and Research Center, 5200 NE 2nd Avenue, Miami, FL 33137 or by calling (305) 762-1382.
