Miriam Acosta Talasko's Obituary
MIRIAM ACOSTA TALASKO,age 55, peacefully passed away on Friday, May 30, 2014. Miriam leaves behind her loving and caring husband Stuart (Dewey), her son Travis Cohen, her mother Ida, father Conrado and sister Margarita Rodriguez (Robert). Miriam was an angel sent here to help others through her gift as a clinical social worker specializing in addiction/recovery and eldercare. Her incomparable care, humor, love and spirit enlightened all that came in contact with her. She leaves a lasting legacy to all the lives she touched, saved and mentored. A Memorial service will be held Saturday, June 7, 2014 at 1:00 PM at the West Dixie Club, 1636 N. E. 148 Street Miami, FL 33181. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
