Miriam "Mitzi" Rubin of Cooper City, Florida passed away October 8, 2020 at the age of 88. Loving mother of Debra and Robert Kauffman, Steve Cohen and Robert and Lori Cohen; cherished grandmother of Jordan Kauffman, Jake Kauffman, Juliet Kauffman, Josh and Sally Cohen, Drew Cohen and Logan Cohen; adored great-grandmother of Dylan and Bennett Cohen and Lydia Cohen; dear step-mother of Mitchell and Ilene Rubin, and grandchildren Stephanie Gottesman and family, Phillip Rubin and family. Mitzi was loved by many, known for her positive and joyful attitude, spreading cheer to everyone she knew. She will be missed deeply by everyone but will live forever in our hearts.
