I met Mitch spinning his smile lit up the room his goofiness drew us in. My husband and I became instantly drawn to Mitch and Michelle they were the cool cute young couple lol and they welcomed us with big smiles. We looked forward to every night hanging out with them and and working out together we ended up going back to let them know we were trying something new and they tried crossfit with us. We had so many laughs with Mitch and looked forward to seeing him all the time he was so funny and kind. Our group of four was so connected we chatted all the time into late hours even had the honor of receiving the retainer selfies before they fell asleep. I'm so happy we had the honor of saying Mitch was a good friend even though it was for the last few years of his life I will remember his quirkiness forever we truly loved him and his passion to make everyone smile I'm happy you were a part of my life. Rest in peace Mitch.

We met Mitch and Michelle at a spinning class. He had his head band and wrist bands on like a professional spinner... From there we started Crossfit together, always cheering each other on and pushing each other... It's rare you can find a friend that knows what your thinking by just giving each other the look.. I will miss the conversations with Mitch and the funny things we would talk about..there's not many people that can make you laugh so hard your gut hurts but that was Mitch .I'm happy I could be a small part of his life, he was one of a kind..
