Molly Beckerman's Obituary
Beckerman, Molly. It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Molly Beckerman on May 21, 2014. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Molly was born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1919 and has lived in Miami since 1952. She was the daughter of Philip and Esther Gilenko. Molly was a very special and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She had a love for people, and she was loved and admired by all that knew her. Predeceased by her loving husband Charles of 43 years, and her daughter Rochelle, she is survived by her loving children Sheldon (Carolyn) of North Miami Beach, Florida and Dovid (Menuchah) of Jerusalem, Israel. She was loved by her grandchildren Avi (Shaindy), Zev (Laurie), Eliezer (Sara), Gila (Yanky), Eliyahu (Rivka), Yeshayahu (Na’ama), Elchonon (Chani), Rochel (Zevy), Yonaton (Chani), Yisroel Yitzchak (Merav), Batsheva (Mordechai) and Gdalyahu. She is survived by her thirty-five loving great-grandchildren. The family is eternally grateful to her extraordinary and loving caregivers: Paulette Lair who made it possible for her to live and enjoy each day to its fullest; and to Dr. Stuart Bernstein, her doctor for many years who treated her with both great skill and affection.
