Muriel Brown, 91
a long time Fairfield, Connecticut resident died peacefully on Thursday morning September 26th at the Jewish Home & Hospital in Miami, Florida. She was predeceased by her loving husband Sidney Brown. She is survived by her loving daughter Deborah Brown-Cohen and her husband Bernard Cohen, her granddaughter Sarah, her son Dr. Eric Brown of Jerusalem, granddaughter Daniella and husband David, grandson Uri and wife Clare, her brother Robert Reed and wife Barbara, her niece Jane Bourke and her nephews Kevin Reed, Jordan Reed and his wife Jessica. She is also survived by her very good friend Shirley Lance, her "sometimes sister". Muriel (Mucky) was a social butterfly who loved to entertain with parties at home with her family and friends; bringing her ready wit and sense of humor to all. Everyone looked forward to her wonderful weekly parties especially when she enlisted her loving husband Sidney as her grill-master. Muriel was a fabulous dancer winning many prizes. She was the Catskill Mountain dance champion. Mucky the golfer. She loved golf and would play whenever she had a chance. She touched everyone with her positive attitude. Family and friends are invited to attend graveside services on Sunday, September 29th at 1 pm at the Temple Beth El Memorial Gardens, Workmen's Circle Section in Fairfield, Connecticut.
