Muriel Tharler's Obituary
Muriel (Weinbaum) Tharler, 93, of Boca Raton, FL, formerly of Leominster, MA. Loving, devoted wife of the late Stanley Tharler (married for 70 years). Proud mother of Steven and Gary; grandmother of Scott, Marni and Jen; great-grandmother of Annabella, Caralyn and Stone. Until the end, she was active, free and constantly in motion. Having earned a full scholarship at Boston University’s School of Music, she played and taught piano for many years. She loved most music (particularly Gershwin), listening to Sinatra (and doing things her way), “dolling up” and going to a dinner-dance, telling a good joke, going to New York, shopping and attending Broadway shows, coupons, early-birds, interior decorating, playing golf, tennis and cards. Donations may be sent to: nammfoundation.org or americanstroke.org.
