Myer Greenberg's Obituary
It is with heavy heart that we mourn the loss of Myer Greenberg. He was born in Miami, Florida on October 23, 1927. He passed away peacefully on August 10, 2021 at the age of 93.
Myer lived in Florida his entire life, his later years in Hallandale Beach. He was known for his love of playing the trumpet and he continued his passion by playing in the Air Force band during his military service and then in the University of Miami band. After graduation, he formed his own brass band and played at many dance clubs. In college he got a BA degree in accounting and worked for more than 50 years doing the work he loved. Myer was a loving father, husband, grandfather, and friend to everyone.
Myer is survived by his seven loving children Chuck, Edyie, Janice, June, Bonnie, Synthi and Neal, 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and sister, Estelle. Myer was predeceased by his loving wife, Dolores.
He will live forever in our hearts.
