Myrna Joan Berman's Obituary
Myrna Joan Berman, passed away peacefully on January 8, 2019 at Aventura Hospital in Hallandale Beach, Florida at 87 years old (6 days before her 88th birthday).
Myrna began her battle with life as daughter to Herman and Sally Feinberg in New York, New York.
Myrna was a loyal friend and relative. She was a strong woman with a good sense of humor…and she LOVED to laugh. She was a fierce supporter if you were a friend/relative that appreciated her straight forward candor and honesty. You could always count on Myrna to be forthright, and rarely hesitated in sharing her views. You always knew where you stood.
A stylish woman, with a passion for dressing very nicely and carrying herself with a strong assertive presence that was admired by most who knew her. Fashion was always top of mind for Myrna, both in the garment district in NYC and later in Boutiques she operated at various times throughout her very full life. In her later years, she lived for her card games each week, as Myrna really loved to gamble.
As mother to her to surviving sons, Chuck and Ken, Myrna was always there for them in her own way. As with anyone who mattered to Myrna, she always felt free to provide her point of view.
She is also survived by brother Robert Feinberg, and grandchildren Dustin, Chelsea and Shane.
Myrna will be dearly missed.
