Natalie Joan Ross' Obituary
Ross, Natalie Joan, a "magnificent, wonderful woman" died peacefully, May 21, after a short series of health issues. She was 86 and is survived by her beloved husband, Irwin. They were inseparable and devoted for 64 years. Her proudest accomplishment is the family they created: sons Michael (Marla), Scott (Elisa), Richard and Ken (Liz), grandchildren Bradley (Rachel), Jared, Jennifer (Yuval), Adam (Murray) Phillip, Nicole, Megan, Chloe and Sophie, great -grandchildren Chase, Ryder, Noa and Daniella. Natalie was born on August 7, 1929 in Cleveland, Ohio to Sonia and Robert Friedman. Along with her brother Leonard, they moved to Miami where she graduated with honors from the University of Miami. She and Irwin brought up their four sons and enjoyed their life in North Miami Beach. Travel, sports, cooking, reading and get-togethers with family and friends filled her life. Computerized family picture albums are her greatest possession. Her kind advice, unyielding strength, limitless patience, rare intellect and unconditional love defined her. Her indomitable spirit, kind heart, and gusto for life will live on as a blessing and inspiration to all who survive her. Her loss is felt deeply by her family but most especially by her partner, Irwin. The funeral is scheduled for a graveside, family only service, on Monday. Shiva will be held Monday only, 5:00 pm at 3530 Mystic Pointe Drive, Tower 500, 1st floor hospitality room. All family and friends are welcome.
