Naum Tsigonsky of Hallandale Beach, passed away February 19, 2014. Naum was predeceased by his wife Ida and he is survived by his daughter Galina Radgon, grandchildern Felix, Shawn, brother Petya (Lida) and his sister Nina Tsigonsky.
