NEAL STEPHEN KEYS, ESQ
North Miami Beach – December 26, 1940 – April 30,2024
Born in Detroit Michigan, Neal was Predeceased by his Parents, Jay Burton Keys and Shirley Ann Keys and his Sister Nancy K. Bloom. Neal’s Wife, Larysa Keys, and Sons, Anton Drobentsov and Pavel (Maeve) Drobentsov and his beloved Grandchildren Luka and Isabella were all by his side until the end. He is also survived by his Sister, Carol F. (Neal Starkey), Keys, Nephew Simon H. (Ellie) Bloom, III and Niece Sharon (Justin Shacklette) Bloom and Grandnieces Clare Jaye and Bryce Anne Shacklett and
Elizabeth, Louise and Katherine Bloom.
Neal grew up in North Miami and in 1973 he built his home in Eastern Shores, North Miami Beach, where he was an active director of the homeowners’ association for decades. He attended North Miami Senior High, Class of 1959, University of Florida (BSBA) and received his Juris Doctor Law Degree at the University of Tulsa School of Law.
Neal was a prominent real estate attorney in North Miami Beach for more than 50 years and was the founder and owner of Palm Travel Agency. He travelled the world with his wife Larysa and family. Neal was an avid collector of fine art and antiques. He was also an entrepreneur of many other businesses and developed Grand Oaks, a beautiful rural subdivision in Alachua County, Florida.
Services will be held at Temple Israel of Greater Miami, 137 NE 19 Street, Miami, on, Friday May 3, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., Interment will follow at Graceland Memorial Park North, 4420 SW 8th Street, Coral Gables at 1:00 p.m. Celebration of Life will follow at The Hyatt Regency, Coral Gables, 50 Alhambra Plaza, Coral Gables, Venetian Ballroom.
