On behalf of all of his fraternity brothers at the Tau Epsilon Phi chapter at Emory University, we express our condolences to his family and loved ones. Neil left an indelible impression on all of us, and enriched our lives in ways that we could never fully express. We will remember him always.

We are so sorry to hear about Neal's untimely passing. Although we have not seen one another since our college years, the memories of the happy times are forever embedded in all of us. His charisma and sense of humor will always be remembered -- our hearts go out to all of his family. Hopefully he is at peace.

The first time I met Neil was in Long Beach, the Summer before he went to Emory. I was "Rushing" him for my fraternity TEPhi. I knew immediately, He would not only be a great addition to our frat, but also become my good friend. Unfortunately we lost touch after college...My loss. Far too young.....Neil will be missed.
