Neil was one by oh the kindest, caring people. He was so brave in meeting his health challenges. He was a wonderful family and temple supporter. He and Arlene were generous to my mom and made her welcome in her grief. They were thoughtful and caring when Ipsy Bob. May he be blessed in our memories. Eileen and Mike.
