Noel Alan Kartman's Obituary
Kartman, Noel Alan, 57, of Ramrod Key, FL, passed away Tuesday, April 8th, after a courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his mother, Frances Jean Waxman; longtime partner, Paula Dyson; sisters, Laurie (Tim) Jones and Leanne (Hillel) Italie. Noel was passionate about the ocean, living and working in the Keys through the decades.
