My thoughts are with her family during this sad time. I wish you peace and comfort. I worked with Nusia at the college for 16 years before she retired. What I remember most is her deep love for her family. Her office was filled with framed photos of them and joyful moments. I enjoyed hearing about her life and interesting background. I know her family is proud of her and her students and colleagues remember her fondly. She was so happy to retire to a beautiful home she and her husband had purchased. She loved it! I know her last years brought her much happiness. Hanneh Breineh was the name of a character in a short story I taught and when I told her about the character she told me she had the same name in the old country! May you Rest In Peace, Nusia.
