Saltzman, Philip, resident of North Miami, formerly of Brooklyn, NY, passed away on November 1, 2016. The beloved husband of Linda, and cherished father of Nancy Murphy. He will be sorely missed by all those who knew and loved him. A Memorial Service will be held in memory of Philip on Friday, November 4, 2016 at 2:00pm at Levitt-Weinstein Memorial Chapel/NMB 18840 W. Dixie Highway, North Miami Beach, FL 33180
