Spitzer, Phyllis, 83, of Tamarac, FL passed away Monday, December 23, 2013. Phyllis is survived by her devoted husband Stanley and loving daughter Ellen (Jerry) Kleinert. Chapel Services will be 9:00 a.m., Friday, December 27, 2013 at Levitt-Weinstein Memorial Chapels/Tamarac (954) 721-2500. Interment will follow service at South Florida National Cemetery, 6501 S State Road 7, Lake Worth, FL (561) 649-6489.
