NO WORDS FOR THIS...... WE ALL NEED TO LOVE EACH OTHER

ROBERT WAS MY ATTORNEY AS WELL. HE WAS BEAUTIFUL INSIDE AND OUT. HE HAD A CALMING QUALITY THAT MADE YOU FEEL PROTECTED. PROFESSIONALLY FLAWLESS AND A TOTAL SWEETHEART FULL OF HUMANITY AND COMPASIÓN YET HE WILL GET THE JOB DONE. I DIDN'T KNOW OF HIS TRAGIC DEATH UNTIL TODAY 8 MONTH LATER THROUGH A MUTUAL FRIEND...A LONG TIME AGO I CHOSE TO STOP WATCHING THE NEWS...HE WAS A FIRM AND TALENTED ATTORNEY YET AN EXTREMELY SPIRITUAL MAN. THOSE BRIGHT BLUES EYES AND WIDE SINCERE SMILE WILL BE MISSED BY ALL DEAR ROBERT!... YET I KNOW YOU WILL CONTINUE TO GUIDE ALL YOUR LOVED ONES FROM THE OTHER SIDE. YOU WERE GOOD TO ME A BIG HUG AND KISS! BON VOYAGE MY FRIEND!!!!
I was Robert’s roommate at Univ. of Florida during the summer and fall of 1975 and I drove him up to school the first semester in Gainesville. I remember that drive up and that he told me that he just had a few things to load in the car (Chevy Vega). As it turned out he had to prop his legs up on an old antique radio that he “had to have” because the car was so loaded with all our belongings.
He was focused and determined to be a lawyer from the beginning. There was a chalkboard in the apartment with his “Word of the Day” which was maintained religiously. During the summer semester we would go to the stacks at the old law school library, study till about 10:00 pm then go to Al’s Gator house, have a few beers and then play some tennis. One time he was so agitated with the noise from upstairs while he was studying that he took a chair and put the legs through the ceiling in an attempt to quiet them down.
RIP Bob! “My Face”

Robert was a very special human being who was funny and charismatic. As a prior employee for almost a decade, he mentored me and encouraged me in my successes. I was able to witness his kindness, goodness, patience, his extremely caring nature to the ones he loved, his friends and clients. I recall his children being the beat to his heart and there was not anything that he would not do to make them at their best. His charm and wit would be missed from our community. R.I.P. my mentor and friend.

Robert was my attorney for 2 cases what a great man he was will always be greatful to have him as my attorney he will never be forgotten R.I.P Robert my friend thank you for everything.

I met Mr. Fenstersheib in the 80's and we've been friends since then as well as my attorney. He always had a smile when i saw him and his sense of humor was remarkable. Our last conversation was "i got you Myra, you know i'm going to take care of you." I will miss you, for i frequently pass your office. R.I.P. My Friend and just know you will always hold a special place in my heart.
"Waiting"
Look for me in the cool of the morn
a breeze seems to catch your hair
Listen as your heart beats faster
that's when I'll be there.
Look for me in the sunset
as the sky turns purple and gold
when all the memories come flooding back
our story to unfold.
The earth stood still for a moment
I stepped off without a care
Yes, look for me in the sunset
I'll be waiting there.
