Robert Papeika's Obituary
Papeika, Robert J. (Bob), 62, Plantation, FL passed away on May 14. Born in New Haven, CT, he spent most of his childhood years in Marblehead, MA. He moved to Florida as a student at the University of Miami, where he met his wife of 26 years, Andrea (Glass) Papeika, who preceded him in death in 2002. He received his degree in Computer Science and never left Florida. He was the son of the late Stanley and Helen (Zaniewski) Papeika and is survived by his daughter, Rachel (Papeika) Highland and her husband Howard Highland, of Alexandria, VA and his son, Jonathan Papeika of Plantation, FL, his sisters, Phyllis (Frank) Milmore of Oviedo, FL, and Sandra Papeika of Rancho Cucamonga, CA and a large extended family. He was also predeceased by his son David Papeika. Bob worked in the computer consulting industry his entire career. He was a member of Temple Beth Torah Sha’aray Tzedek, Tamarac, FL.
Funeral services will be held at the Levitt-Weinstein Chapel, located on the grounds of the Beth David Memorial Gardens, 3201 NW 72nd Ave., Hollywood, FL on Friday, May 15th at 10:00am.
