I'm still in shock over the loss of Robert. I met Robert when he first started with Amex. He was so enthusiastic, and eager to face the challenges of being the new guy, At the office we have co-workers, friends and co-workers who become friends. Robert became a friend. I've been retired for over 10 years and Robert always kept in touch. As so many others have shared, Robert was always willing to share his technical knowledge, like when I got my Mac home computer, he came over and got me set up. I will miss the phone calls, the laughs and the friendship. My sincere condolences to the family.
