Laura Shinderman
Rochelle was a dear friend to me back in the early days of the Dix Hills Jewish Center. We used to drive together to and from the original bingo games the temple ran. They were held near the Republic Airport. When I came down with my forty six year long muscle disease, it was at a bingo game, and I had no idea what was happening to me. Rochelle was there for the first few months giving me the frienship and comfort that I needed. She was a very special lady. My condolences to her family.
