Ronald Ostrow Alboum's Obituary
ALBOUMRONALD OSTROW died July 14, 2012 at home after a two year battle with cancer. Ronnie grew up in Miami Beach and was a graduate ofMiami Beach Sr. High School where he also wrote a sportscolumn for the Miami Beach Sun. He was referred to as a walking encyclopedia of baseball. Ronnie was a graduate of the University of Oklahoma. Ronnie was an avid golfer and passionate lifelong fan of all the Miami sports teams. Most importantly, he loved and was loved by his family and many friends. He is survived by his mother Mildred Alboum, brother Joel and his wife Gaby and sister Lili and her husband Keith. The family wants to express their deep gratitude to Dr. David Drew and the staff at Holy Cross Hospital for their wonderful, personal, and compassionate care to Ronnie and his family.Funeral services were held Monday, July 16, 2012.BLASBERG-RUBIN-ZILBERT305-538-6371
