Rosalie Arkin's Obituary
Rosalie Arkin passed away on December 19, 2022. She was born in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania on January 26th, 1929 to Rebecca and Morris Taylor. Her family moved to Miami Beach in 1939. Rosalie was married to her beloved husband, Norman Arkin for 47 years. Norman pre-deceased her in 1995. She is survived by her loving children Michael (Lisa) Arkin and her daughter Suzie Arkin Sanz, her cherished grandchildren Brandon Arkin, Marniejo Sanz, Ryan (Michelle) Sanz, Matthew Arkin and Rebecca Arkin as well as many nieces and nephews. Rosalie enjoyed travelling and was an avid tennis player and skier. She loved working with her sister-in-law and best friend Jill Arkin in their shared business Arkin Interiors. Rosalie was a founding member of the Deed Club, a charitable organization assisting children suffering from cancer.
Donations in memory of Rosalie Arkin may be made to The Charity of Your Choice. Services will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Levitt-Weinstein Blasberg-Rubin-Zilbert Memorial Chapel, 18840 W. Dixie Highway, North Miami Beach, Florida 33179, (305) 932-2700
