ROSENBERG Mrs. Ruth, 87, of Miami, formerly a resident of Miami Beach since 1925, passed away March 26, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Albert Rosenberg, cherished mother of Ron Rosenberg, Rick (Taly) Rosenberg and Susan (Dr. Murray) Rolnick all of Miami, beloved grandmother of Alisa, Sheri, Bonnie, Marc, Brandon, Brooke, Jessica, Noah and Ari. As a member of our community, Ruth was an extremely charitable and generous individual, contributing to many organizations. Ruth was a Ruby Lion of Judah of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, a Grand Founder of the Diabetes Research Institute and a Member of the Executive Committee for Love and Hope. She was a Double Grand Notable of the Alzheimer’s Notables of Douglas Gardens, a Century Club Member of the Baptist Hospital Foundation and a longtime board member, A Children’s Resource Founder, a founder at the University of Miami and a founder of Mount Sinai Medical Center. Ruth will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends. This community has lost a great friend. The family suggests donations in Ruth’s memory to the charity of your choice.
