Ruth Silverman's Obituary
Silverman, Ruth, of Hallandale Beach, passed away on March 27, 2015. She was a long time resident of Hallandale Beach and formerly resided in Forest Hills, Queens, NY. She is the Loving Mother of Bonnie Silverman. She was educated, kind, caring and a loving individual. Ruth touched many lives, and was beautiful both inside and out. Always well dressed, elegant and classy as well as funny and witty, and with the most beautiful blue eyes that everyone noticed first. She loved to shop, was well liked, and she took care of everything, her daughter and others. She was a NY elementary school teacher for over 20 years in the Bronx, NY, as well as worked for The Department of Justice as a Legal secretary, the Bank of Hallandale, and the Broward County Libraries at the Hallandale Library. Ruth had many friends and maintained her friendships with teachers she worked with through the years. Strong, never selfish, devoted and gave so much. My mother is one special individual, she's one of a kind, I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful mom who has been my best friend--I lost my best friend. She had a long life and represented herself so well. She is my angel, I will miss her so, And she will be missed by many.
