Sally Steinberg's Obituary
Steinberg, Sally Garelick, 98, of Syracuse, NY and Delray Beach, died peacefully January 28, 2013. Sally was the Admissions Secretary at Upstate Medical Center. She shared her extraordinary skill of knitting afghans, sweaters, etc. for family and friends. Once retired to Delray Beach, she was active in Kings Point Cue Club and Sonia May Gallo Cancer Group. Sally is survived by her children Carolyn Marks (Robert) and Ronald Steinberg (Gayle Helt); grandchildren Jonathan and Jeremy Marks, Dr Peter and Joseph Steinberg, great-grandson Hoyt Steinberg, niece Dorene Brown, and numerous nephews and nieces. Sally was predeceased by her husband Jules Steinberg, her four brothers, and two sisters. Services will be held Wednesday, January 30, 10 AM at Levitt- Weinstein Memorial Chapel, 7500 North State Road 7, Coconut Creek, FL 3373 (954) 427-6500.
