Samuel M. Bloom's Obituary
Samuel M. Bloom, 97, of Plantation passed away May 10, 2015. Beloved husband of the late Bernice Bloom, loving father of Ronald (Shashanah) (aka Ron and Roz) Bloom, Bonnie (Gary Frank) Bloom, cherished grandfather of Scott (Rita) Bloom, Barak (Noga) Hullman, Stephanie (Ray) White, Jordan (Susan) Hullman, Adored great grandfather of Matthew, Michael, Joshua, Rachel, Alma, Jason, Aidel, Jessica, Shuvi, Lily, Nathan-Chaim, Avigail, Hannah, Elena, Levi Yitzak, Ariella, devoted brother of the late Sally Lerner, Ruth Deitch. Sam was a World War II Veteran who served in the Normandy Invasion and received a Purple Heart. Sam's had a long list of accomplishments a few of which include 1959 Masonic Lodge Chaplan, Scottish Rite Mason and Mahi Shriner and in 1997 he received the first Sam Bloom Judaism with a Heart Award.
Donations in Sam's memory may be made to Temple Sinai of North Dade.
