Samuel Louis Brenner's Obituary
Samuel Louis Brenner, 92, of Hallandale, Florida, passed away on April 18, 2024 after a brief illness. Sam was predeceased by his parents Harry Joseph and Julia Brenner, brother Howard Brenner, sister Miriam (Bernie) Bernstein, daughter Rebecca “Becky” Brenner, cousin Leonard Matz, and nephew Jason Segal. He is survived by daughters Helene Joy Brenner and Susan Elaine Brenner, grandson Louis Ethan Jenks, sister Deanne Weinman, and caretaker Tashakey “Tasha” Nobrega, as well as his nephews, nieces, and many friends.
Sam, a longtime resident of South Florida was a self-made successful entrepreneur who lived a full life. He proudly served his country while stationed in Korea. Sam had a larger-than-life personality and quickly brightened up any room he entered. Known for his upbeat personality and keen sense of humor, he enjoyed talking politics, telling stories, and making his friends and relatives laugh. He was very loved and will be missed terribly by his family and all who had the good fortune of knowing him.
If you would like to pay your respects, you are welcome to attend the Memorial Service being held in Sam’s honor on Thursday 10:00 a.m. April 25, 2024, at Levitt-Weinstein Beth David Memorial Chapel, located at 3201 N. 72nd Avenue, Hollywood, Florida 33024.
