Samuel Schack, of North Miami Beach, passed away July 3,2015. He is the Beloved Husband of 72 years to Elyse. The Loving Father of Laurie Cohen( Fred Weinshank), Bobby Schack, David(Elsa) Schack, and his two late sons Mike and Eddy. The Cherished Grandfather of Alan, Mona, Jaime (Milko), Kimberly (Brian), Melissa (Jeremy), Alison, Rachel, Jenna, Julia, Casey, Owen and Ellie. And The Adored Great Grandfather of Max, Jake, Logan, Mackenzie, and Sydney. Services will be held on Monday, July 6, 2015 at 12:00 pm at Levitt Weinstein Memorial Chapel/Beth David.
