Seena Kuby's Obituary
On June 27, 2024, long-time Tamarac resident Seena Kuby, age 93, peacefully passed away surrounded by her family and friends. For many years, along with her late husband Jerry, Seena was a well-respected volunteer at the Cleveland Clinic in Weston. She also volunteered for the City of Tamarac until last year. Seena was recognized several times by the community as an outstanding citizen and received many awards throughout her years of volunteering.
She was a warm and compassionate human being, beloved by her family and her large circle of friends, whom Seena called her non-blood-related family. She loved cooking and baking, using her culinary skills to bring people together. Her Chocolate-Chocolate Chip Kahlua Cake and Key Lime Pies were known by all!
Seena and Jerry enjoyed traveling the world with their large circle of friends. She is survived by her niece, whom she considered her daughter, grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and their families, in addition to all of her friends that she considered family.
