Because of Seymour I started my long career in hospitality. I worked as a server from 1977-1980 at the original Corky's where my dad Al Chanin went for breakfast every morning with all his work buddies. He sat at the counter with Ethel. When my parents moved to Pembroke Pines so did Seymour! I worked as a Human Resources Director in hotels for 35 years and continue as the President of the Broward County Human Resources Association www.hhrabc.org. My experience with Corkey's lead me to this path. RIP Seymour the last time I saw you was at Doreens funeral another mentor for me.My love to your family!
