Shirley Friedman's Obituary
Shirley Friedman, 92, of Boynton Beach, FL and formerly of Rockaway Park, NY, died January 28, 2014. Predeceased by her loving husband, Leon Friedman, Shirley had a wonderful sense of humor, a passionate love of the ocean but, most importantly, a deep affection for her family. Beloved and cherished mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend. Shirley is survived by her children Edward Friedman (Ava), Ilene Brandon (Ron) and Robert Friedman (Deb), grandchildren Robert Brandon (Margaret), Jeffrey Brandon, Stacy Friedman, Daniel Friedman, great- grandchildren, Rebecca and Annie Brandon, nieces and nephew, Harriet Braunstein, Steve Poretsky and Irene Reger. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 30, 2014 at Levitt- Weinstein Memorial Chapel, 8135 West McNab Road, Tamarac, FL, followed by interment at Star of David Memorial Park in Tamarac.
