Sidney Bashein's Obituary
After a long, successful, and adventurous life, at the age of 90, Sidney has moved on to his final resting place. He will be joining his beloved wife Mitzi.
He leaves behind a loving family, Sons Jay and Hal, Daughter-in-Law Jeanne, Grandsons Alan, Ricky, Alec and James and a countless number of wonderful friends.
Sidney was a decorated WWII Veteran and he was one of the first GI’s to liberate Dachau. He was very active and social within the community. His friends lovingly referred to him as the “Pope”.
Haji and Baba, the wonderful memories you’ve left behind will be treasured and will remain in our thoughts and in our hearts forever.
Services will be held graveside at Lakeside Memorial Park on Tuesday, December 30,2014 at 11:30am.
